    The opposition think the pope is not independent. If you say the board was competent and efficient that means it was these things in what it was meant to do. It can not be efficient and competent if it was not fair to both. But the EU report is full of contradiction anyway. I think there is part 2 for this. Or is the EU commision apologizing on behalf of Thijs. To calm things down.
