that is not supposed to be social residence,clients can make their own playground or garden inside their homes.
Its me again...
I was very cclose to buy one of this houses. Did my own research & realised that such future subrb has a huge future design drawbacks. Yeap, you gussed it - a poor sewerage system. In 20 years time, trust me, the entire town need to be demolished & rebuild to implement a modern sewerage system else will end up same old slam.+ Poor fire management - fire engines can not reach you
Also...
1) Sunshine should start sending out its engineers around the world - let them see, observe and learn how modern cities are designed. They need first hand experience. You do not need to invent the wheels. "Copy & paste" - that's the rule of the day.
2) Do these towns have public park/garden area? The design doesn't look inclusive to kids & youth play time.
Good but....
1) Very poor interms of foot-path. Planners tend to ignore the most important part of the city planning and design - Footpath.
2) Chocked with fence - such a nice and remarakable design is almost covered by uggly fences. It shouldn't look like some sort of jail town.
3) In roads are too narrow - you can't park two cars side by side.
