well the development is realy good,but i heard some informaton about that sunshine is the most CORRUPTED real state compan in the country.(it has connections with the top city officials.) and i belive it is.

Wow, I think it is marvelous that such a far sighted individual has undertaken such a massive task of building such complex projects. i will like to know how the undelying problems of sewer and water are being tackled. I am sure if i were to buy a unit in such place, wont need to face such problems. enlighten me please!zak
